Munduk is a simple villages in north Bali, most appelaing mountain retreats. A cool misty ambience set a mong hill sides covered wutg clove and coffe plantations, rice pady terrace and pretty much anything else that grows in this island. Waterfall tumbel of prece pices by the dozen.

There are hikes and tracks galore an a number of really nice to stay at Munduk Sari. Between the 10th and 14th Centuris the Dutch took control of the north Bali.

In the 1890 they experiemented with th commercial crops estableshing  plantation for coffea ( arrabica and Robustha).
